Kyle Harrison PRO Clinic with Eagle Youth Lacrosse Returns!

As a Pro, Kyle was the #1 overall pick in the MLL draft, has been a 6X MLL All Star, and captain of the 2017 MLL Champion Ohio Machine. He was also a founding member of the LXM Pro Tour, which was an outdoor professional lacrosse tour operated out of Southern California from 2009-2014, before partnering with the MLL. Kyle has twice been a member of the US National Team in his professional career, in 2006 and 2014. In 2016, his first year eligible, Kyle was inducted into the Maryland US Lacrosse Chapter Hall of Fame.   

At Johns Hopkins University, Kyle was a 3X All American (2X first team), 2X Midfielder of the Year, Tewaaraton Award Winner, Player of the Year, and lead the 2005 team an undefeated season and National Championship. Kyle was a member of the only senior class in school history to never lose a home game in their 4 years at JHU. In 2016, his first year eligible, Kyle was inducted into the Johns Hopkins University Hall of Fame. 

At Friends School of Baltimore, Kyle was a 4 year starter on the varsity basketball, lacrosse, and soccer teams, as well as a high school All American in lacrosse. Kyle captained all 3 teams junior and senior year, as well as helped lead the soccer team to a conference championship and the basketball team to two conference championship during his high school years. Earning all conference honors in all 3 sports from sophomore through senior year, Kyle left the school as the only athlete to make and start on varsity in 3 sports, for 4 years. In 2010, his first year eligible, Kyle Was inducted into the Friends School of Baltimore Athletic Hall of Fame.

Who: This clinic is available to

  • Boys Youth
  • Rising 6th, 7th, and 8th grade middle schoolers
  • Rising 4th & 5th Graders
  • All grades based on classes fall of ‘19

What: Skills, Drills, and Games will include:

  • Advanced coaching and on field mentorship.
  • Instruction and refinement of basic lacrosse skills (ie: passing, catching, shooting, ground balls, dodging etc.)
  • A short sided game for at least half of each session.
  • Sessions (4) will run weekly and be 1.5 hours in length.
  • Cost is $75.   All proceeds will go to the Eagle High School Men’s Lacrosse Club

When: June, 2019, Mondays 6-7:30PM

Mustang Lacrosse RoundUp Rules

Tournament Rules - All games will be governed by 2019 Boys Lacrosse NFHS rules, with the following exceptions:

General Game Format Rules

  • Games will be 25 minute running halves. 
  • Half time will be 5 minutes.
  • BOTH teams are required to have 1 team representative on the scorers/time keepers table.
  • Each team will be allowed one 1 minute timeouts per game.
  • Clock will not stop on any time outs. 
  • No time outs can be called in the last 2 minutes of each half. 
  • All substitutions are on the fly, no dead ball horn substitutions.
  • Clock will not stop for injuries, unless the injured player cannot be removed off the field due to the severity of the injury.  If needed time will be handled case-by-case.


Rules exceptions and reminders:

  • Penalties will begin on the restart whistle and will be 1.5x standard penalties.  
  • One handed stick checks are not allowed.
  • No take out checks. These are serious offenses and will be strictly enforced. All checks must be in under control and never a blind side.  Both players must see the hit coming.  Players must be within 3 yards from the ball.
  • Cross checking or high checks will be strictly enforced.
  • Fouling Out=3 personal fouls or 5 minutes of penalty time,  leads to player being ejected from the game.
  • There will be advancement rules enforced with 20 second midfield clear and 10 second box touch rule.  
  • If any player engaged in a fight or intentionally injures a player they will be ejected from the game and possibly the festival depending on severity. 
  • Player or coach ejected from a game for unsportsmanlike conduct will not participate in the following game.
