Well, we're a couple of days into tryouts and we'd just like to say that although there's definitely some rust to be brushed off our sticks, we're happy overall with the boys efforts on the field. A few updates to get you through the week:
1) Final Roster Postings will be uploaded onto the site after the final day of tryouts on Friday. Your boys will know what team(s) they're playing on before they leave the field that day.
2) EHS Men’s Lacrosse Team Store is OPEN!! You have 3 days left to get in all that 'Stangs Swag before it finally closes on Monday, 2/24. Here's the link: bsnteamsports.com/shop/20LAXEHS
3) Hudl Account: Please remember that we’ll be using Hudl for ALL PLAYER COMMUNICATION this spring. Most of you are active, but a few of you still need to dial in your accounts. Please remember, we coaches, can see not only who is notified, but also, who reads their notifications. We recommend placing your notification setting at persistent. That way you’re less likely to miss an important update from your coach.
4) Sports Engine Mobile App: Once your player is assigned to a team, you'll be able to have access to that team on Sports Engine Mobile. Parents, we'll be communicating with you via Sports Engine. The mobile app is the best way to keep up to speed on the go with your busy LAX lives. Download from your favorite app store, sign in to your Sports Engine account, search EHS, find Varsity or JV, and hit the star to make it a favorite and... you should be good to go (after team assignments)!
5) Website: Things move fast and furious, especially at the season start. The vast majority of information can be found on the home page of ehslax.com , the calendar tab, and/or your team page. Individual team pages can be found under Programs/EHS Men’s Lacrosse/EHS Men’s Varsity (or EHS Men’s JV). While you’re on the site, check out everything we have going on under the “General Info” and “Pride” tabs. We recommend you log into ehslax.com and look for updates AT LEAST weekly.
Looking forward to a couple more days of healthy team competition, and then to getting into games in a few short weeks.
Go 'Stangs!
