Concussion Resources and Education

EHS Men’s Lacrosse is proud to partner with St. Luke’s Sports Medicine Concussion Clinic to offer access for students, parents, coaches, and community members protocol and resources to keep everyone educated and safe in regards to concussions in youth sports.

If you suspect that you've sustained a concussion, or for more information regarding concussion, please contact the Concussion Clinic at 208-381-2665 or email them at concussion@slhs.org.

EHS Men's Lacrosse team is also partnering with Boise State University's Center for Physical Activity in Sport on a research project investigating sport related concussions. The study will look at where athletes who suspect they or their friend has suffered a concussion go for information (i.e, parent, friend, coach) and if their motivation for sport influences reporting behaviors. The study will help coaches and parents support athletes who may have suffered a concussion and build awareness of what characteristics might lead to under reporting symptoms.
