Focal Points of Training
Since 2013 OFFTHEFIELD has been devoted to developing young individuals into better athletes, better people, and better champions. OTF has helped over 250+ athletes earn College Scholarships, trained teams to win over 20 State Championships, 50 plus tournament champions, 18 Gatorade Players of the Year, 1 McDonald All-American, and 40+ PROFESSIONAL athletes from the NFL, MLB, MLS, CFL, and NWSL.
We will do everything in our power to help each athlete reach their goals and their full potential, athletically and academically. By showing them real results through hard work and discipline, we will teach them how to love and respect the process.

Eagle Lacrosse Coaching Staff will determine which group each athlete will be in.
HS Varsity (Group 1): 3:30-4:30 PM
HS JV (Group 2): 5:30-6:30 PM
MS Select: 6:30-7:30 PM
1st 4 weeks will be GPP where I teach movements and prepare them for the triphasic program. Main Lifts during program will be Back Squat, Bench, Front Rack Split Squat/Rvr Lunge/ Trap Bar Deadlift.
Starting Week 5 we begin the official Program with 2 weeks of Eccentric followed by deload week, 2 Weeks Isometric followed by deload, then 2-3 Weeks of Concentric. This is an above 80% program on all lifts with lower reps. Tuesdays will be their change of direction day with Thursday being their speed day paired with no tempo on lifts. Accessory work will change but this is main program breakdown.

We have increased sanitation throughout the facility. Upon arrival each athlete will have their hands sprayed with hand sanitizer by their coach. Each rack is equipped with disinfectant spray and required to be wiped down after each use. Also, each rack is spaced well over six feet apart throughout the facility. Coaches will be wearing masks at all times throughout the training session. Athletes are not required to wear a mask while training, but are encouraged to. We have 15,000 sqft of outdoor turf that we will utilize weather depicting. A garage door will be cracked at all times for constant air flow.
